"... I can't believe I ran into Zelda Colby on the street.  Yes, theone and only (thank God there's only one) ... Zelda Colby.  She's the last person I would have expected to see.  I mean, it's been a couple years since she blew out of D.C. like Hurricane Tululua.

"... And she was really looking good!!!  She has a head full of locks.  They looked damn good.  She looks damn good.  But still ... I wondered how I was going to act if I saw her again.  I thought I'd give her attitude.  I guess, for awhile there, attitude was exactly what I planned to give her.  But then ... it was just so good to see her.  I just love her more than anything.  Hmmm.  Maybe I'm just growing up because after awhile, little things just don't seem to matter ...."
